Girl Gone Shopping

I get my haircut today in the mall and think, "Yeah!  I can go shopping while I'm here!"  And this is what I bought... well.  Not the piano stool.

(If you saw my post a few weeks ago about my cat being camera shy, apparently he loves the camera now.  He walked in on my mini photoshoot so I snapped a few of him!)

I'm excited (can I say stoked?  Is that still word-approved because I'm pretty sure nobody says that now) for this Saturday.  WritersWeekly is having a 24-hour short story contest and I'm participating.  Also, tomorrow I'll start a 30-day photography challenge, so probably no animations on this website for a good month.

Why did I buy Gray's Anatomy?  I just love biology and sometimes I still wish I had chosen a science degree.
